What are you hours of operation for consulting?
  • Dr Dilley consults at 8am to 12.30pm Monday to Thursday every week.
  • Every Monday Dr Dilley consults at his Harris Park rooms.
  • On alternate Tuesdays Dr Dilley consults at Harris park where he has a “needle release day” for Dupuytren’s patients. Every alternate Tuesday he consults in Gymea.
  • On alternate Wednesdays Dr Dilley consults at Gymea.
  • Every Thursday Dr Dilley consults at Concord.
  • Friday is Dr Dilley’s operative day.

Where do patients park?
There is on site parking at Gymea and Concord, and easy street parking (2 hrs free) at Harris park.
Gymea and Harris Park rooms are both an easy walk from the train station there is a bus stop outside Concord rooms that goes to the city.
What age group does Dr Dilley treat?

Dr Dilley treats all age groups, however he does not treat paediatric patients born after 2010. 

What is the room protocol for COVID-19?
  • Please wear your own mask to your appointment.
  • Please notify our rooms prior to your appointment if you personally or someone you have been in contact with currently has COVID-19 or has tested positive in the past 14 days; or if you have visited a COVID -19 hot spot.
  • Please let us know if you have any COVID-19 symptoms including cough or fever, fatigue, aches, sore throat and loss of taste or smell.
  • Please ensure your vaccinations are up to date
  • Please come alone or bring no more than one support person with you
  • Please abide by social distancing rules and use hand sanitiser provided in our rooms
What should I bring to my first appointment?
  •  Your GP or specialist referral letter
  • Your Medicare card
  • Your private health insurance card if applicable
  • Your Veteran Affairs card if applicable
  • When you make an appointment please do not forget to send through a link to your images (X-Rays, CT scans, bone scans ultrasound  and MRI – even if normal) or additionally/alternatively bring your hard copy to your appointment. Reports alone are insufficient. Please do not rely on anyone to send it through on your behalf.
  • A progress letter from your physiotherapist if you have seen one
  • If you have had surgery please bring a copy of your operation report
  • A list of any current prescription or herbal medications
  • If you are a worker injury patient you will need a claim approval number or your will be charged for your consult.
  • To save time on the day, please email your “new patient form” here – to dilleypractice@gmail.com before your first appointment. This is a no reply email.
  • Otherwise, please arrive ten minutes earlier than your scheduled time to ensure other patients are seen on time.
  • Please put your name in the subject line of your new patient form
What is important post-surgery?

Do you use a hand therapist?

Dr Dilley works with a highly experienced hand therapists  both in the Concord rooms and other locations.
